Oklahoma’s dash to complete its 2018 recruiting class is expected to be uneventful Wednesday.
It would be unfair to call that a negative, especially with the work the OU coaching staff put in since Dec. 20, when 18 players inked letters of intent during the inaugural early signing day.
“It’s one of those things where I think it’s going to be ending up looking at as kind of a quiet close,” said SoonerScoop recruiting analyst Josh McCuistion, who has covered recruiting for nearly two decades. “You have to understand that Oklahoma did so much of their work in late December and early January with (Brendan) Radley-Hiles, DaShaun White, Nik Bonnito.
