NORMAN — Oklahoma's Parnell Motley has never met a wide receiver who he doesn’t mind barking at during games.
Things have changed for the junior during the Sooners' spring football drills. The cornerback still talks, but he's now also focused more on improving the defense.
“One guy I’m happy with and he’s going to have to continue to learn is Parnell Motley,” OU defensive backs coach Kerry Cooks said. “He’s been the vocal leader (early in spring practice.)
“Well, he’s always been a talker so let me clarify that. He’s always talking to the wide receivers.
