Chase Hunter added 19 points and Jaeden Zackery poured in 16 points to go with seven rebounds and seven assists for Clemson (20-5, 12-2 Atlantic Coast Conference), which two nights earlier knocked off then-No. 2 Duke and moved into the Top 25. The Tigers are a half-game behind first-place Duke in the ACC. RJ Davis had 18 points, Seth Trimble added 12 points and Elliot Cadeau ended up with 11 points and six assists for North Carolina (14-11, 7-6), which desperately needed a quality road victory.
