Most-talented Wake Forest football team since … ? Help me out, I’m (relatively) new here.
After seeing the finish to last season, the gains made since then and ultimately Saturday’s spring game, I’m confident saying there’s no shortage of talent on this team. The source of such belief comes looking at this team on a position-by-position basis, so let’s go down the list:
• Three running backs, Matt Colburn II, Cade Carney and Christian Beal, who can all gash defenses in different ways.
• Two receivers who I think are All-ACC caliber, Greg Dortch and Scotty Washington.
