Mark Few is one of our coaches named a Naismith Coach of the Year finalist. He joins Scott Drew (Baylor), Juwan Howard (Michigan), and Nate Oats (Alabama).
It is hard to argue with any of the four coaches to win the award. This season, Mark Few has done wonders with the Gonzaga Bulldogs. He led the Zags to their first-ever unbeaten regular season in program history. The Zags earned their first overall No. 1 seed in school history, and they became the fifth team to enter the NCAA Tournament undefeated since Indiana in 1975-76. The Zags also were the first team since Kentucky in 2014-15 to be ranked No.
