It's almost as if they're becoming rivals. LSU and Kansas State will face each other for the third time ever -- and the third time in the past three seasons -- as LSU travels to Manhattan, Kan., for a Thursday night matchup. Kansas State has won the previous two games. The two teams met in the championship game of the Cayman Islands Classic in the fall of 2022, with LSU pulling off a thrilling 61-59 victory on a baseline jumper with less than five seconds left. Last season, the Wildcats defeated the Tigers 75-60 in Baton Rouge, La., behind Louisiana native Cam Carter, one of four Wildcats to score in double figures.
