You know you start to build a program when you can have young guys walk right into the line-up and start making contributions almost immediately. For Louisiana Tech men's basketball, head coach Eric Konkol is liking what he's seeing from his program.
The Bulldogs are on the heels of a big Conference USA victory against Rice Saturday, and they've been relying on their freshman for major production. Just last week, Anthony Duruji and Amorie Archibald stole the show against North Texas where they finished with career highs in points.
They combined for 46 points which was the largest scoring output of a freshman duo in the last 25 years.
