Johnathan Williams is one of 64 college seniors who will be playing in the Portsmouth Invitational Tournament (PIT), on April 11-14.
The PIT is one of the oldest amateur basketball tournaments in the nation and is restricted to college seniors. It is the first of two NBA pre-draft camps and is a great chance to showcase skills in front of NBA scouts.
Last season, six players who participated in the PIT were drafted in the 2017 Draft, with Derrick White landing the highest at the No. 29 pick.
Williams is one of five forwards on “Team 6,” alongside Anas Mahmoud from Lousiville, William lee from UAB, Desi Rodriguez from Seton Hall, and Bogdan Bliznyuk from Eastern Washington.
