Jameis Winston won't be backing up new starting quarterback Dorian Thompson-Robinson for the Cleveland Browns at the Cincinnati Bengals on Sunday. The Browns (3-11) listed Winston on the inactive list as the emergency third quarterback. The quarterback was questionable on Friday's injury report with a right shoulder injury after being a full participant in practice on Wednesday and limited the following two days. Winston is 2-5 as Cleveland's starter this season, and coach Kevin Stefanski decided to make a switch at the position after Winston was 16 of 25 for 146 yards in last Sunday's 21-7 loss to the Kansas City Chiefs.
