Jadar Johnson, 2 others charged with armed robbery in Clemson

CLEMSON — Former Clemson football player and former Orangeburg-Wilkinson standout Jadar Johnson was arrested in Clemson Wednesday — along with his former teammate C.J. Fuller and former Duke defensive tackle Quaven Ferguson.

The three are charged with armed robbery and possession of weapon during the commission of a crime.

Police were called to an apartment in Clemson around 4 p.m. Wednesday by the victim, who stated they were robbed at gunpoint by the three former football players.

The three men are all accused of knocking on the victim’s door before forcing their way inside the apartment and robbing the victim.
