Gonzaga men’s golf hires ex-Oregon State standout, Scott Kim, as assistant

Kim hopes to use his experieinces to enhance the skills of the golf team.

Scott Kim, a Washington native, comes from a history of playing Division I golf at Oregon State University, where he excelled both athletically and academically.

Kim was selected for the Pac-12 All-Academic second team in 2013 then All-Academic first team the following two years. He graduated in 2015 with a bachelor’s degree in accountancy and finance at the top of his class.

On the course, he played in eight tournaments his senior year and finished his four-year career at OSU with a scoring average of 74.
