The Gonzaga women cruised to an 89-50 victory over Wyoming on Tuesday night in Laramie to improve to 2-2 on the season. A whopping 12 different players scored for the Zags, who were in control the whole way.
Jenn and LeeAnne Wirth put on a show in the first half, combining for 20 points, 10 rebounds and three blocks. They helped the Zags take a 42-30 lead into the break.
Gonzaga would never cool off. They shot 55 percent from the field, including 12-of-20 from deep. They absolutely dominated the glass to the tune of a 44-19 margin.
