A year after leading Gonzaga with 24 points in a closed-door scrimmage with Michigan State, Corey Kispert apparently one-upped himself and poured in 28 to lead Gonzaga to a 103-87 win in this year’s private scrimmage, according to several reports.
Kispert led all scorers for the second year in a row, followed by Filip Petrusev with 19 and Admon Gilder with 18. Freshman Drew Timme added 13, according to Jeff Goodman, and Anton Watson grabbed an eye-popping 15 rebounds. Ryan Woolridge added nine points and seven assists while being the primary ball handler, and was said to look solid on both ends of the court.
