Mike Galindo felt a little like he was cheating.
It was the fall of 2010 and Galindo was the junior varsity football coach at Madison Memorial. His job was made easier by the presence of two players dripping with raw talent, both of whom happened to play the same position.
“I had two varsity-level receivers,” Galindo said, “lining up against these poor 15-year-old sophomores.”
Now, Jester Weah and Daurice Fountain are days away from hearing their names called in the 2018 NFL draft, a three-day event that begins Thursday. Back then, they were two friends with big dreams who were just getting started.
