Gonzaga Bulldogs sophomore guard Dominick Harris will start the season on the bench due to a foot injury. He is scheduled for surgery on Wednesday, according to his social media account.
Yesterday, the school announced that Harris would be out indefinitely with an injury.
Harris averaged three points per game in limited minutes last season, but there was a lot of hype about his role in the offense (and defense) this season. He was hopefully going to provide the Gonzaga with some consistent three point shooting and was often called one of the more tenacious on-ball defenders by the coaching staff.
