LSU's starting quarterback derby is a more crowded affair now with the arrival of highly touted Ohio State transfer Joe Burrow. But sophomore Myles Brennan, a celebrated recruit himself, doesn't sound all that worried by the increased competition.
“It didn’t bother me one bit. I didn’t even blink,” Brennan recently told Crescent City Sports of Burrow coming to LSU. “I can honestly say that I couldn’t care less. I could have taken the easy way out and transferred. It’s the coaches’ job to decide. Nothing is going to change. The best will play.”
Brennan's confident remarks echo a similar sentiment his father, Owen, recently shared with the Biloxi Sun Herald.
