The Washington Commanders ruled out newly acquired cornerback Marshon Lattimore for Sunday's home game against the Pittsburgh Steelers because of a hamstring injury. Commanders coach Dan Quinn made the announcement Friday after Lattimore -- obtained from the New Orleans Saints at the league trade deadline on Tuesday for three draft picks -- didn't practice on Wednesday and Thursday. He was limited by a strained hamstring in recent weeks. "We're trying to engage him as quickly as we can, so when it does become ‘go time,' there's not a lag there," Quinn said. The Commanders (7-2) have a short week with a game at NFC East rival Philadelphia next Thursday.
