At Georgia’s 10th practice of the spring on April 10, redshirt sophomore Chris Barnes was seen on the practice field as usual. But instead of practicing with the offensive line, where he has spent most of his first three years at Georgia, Barnes worked with the defensive line.

Barnes has played in just one game in his career, Georgia’s win over Missouri in October 2017, as an offensive lineman.
