Chiefs sign 2 draft picks

The Chiefs signed fourth-round pick Armani Watts and sixth-round pick Kahlil McKenzie, the club announced Monday.

Watts, a Texas A&M safety, made 324 tackles, 24 tackles for loss, seven forced fumbles, five fumble recoveries, 10 interceptions and 17 pass breakups in his career with the Aggies.

McKenzie, out of Tennessee and transitioning from the offensive to defensive line, is the son of Oakland Raiders GM Reggie McKenzie.

The Chiefs still have three draft picks that remain unsigned: Breeland Speaks, Derrick Nnadi and Dorian O'Daniel.
