Here are the season-ending grades for the 2018 Texas A&M football team with preseason grades in parentheses:
QUARTERBACKS B (C)
• The good: Sophomore Kellen Mond, who many thought would be the backup to Nick Starkel, led Texas A&M to its best season since Johnny Manziel’s last season in 2013. Mond averaged 275.5 yards of total offense per game to rank 24th in the country, just a yard and half behind Alabama’s Tua Tagovailoa.
• The bad: Mond had 13 turnovers, including three in a 28-24 loss at Auburn, a game the Aggies dominated until midway through the fourth quarter.
