Barring any setbacks in practice this week, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray will make his season debut Sunday against the visiting Atlanta Falcons, coach Jonathan Gannon said Monday.
"The plan for quarterback this week: Kyler is going to continue to ramp up," Gannon said via video from PHNX Cardinals. "He'll take the one reps, and if the week goes well, he will start on Sunday. Pleased with where he is right now. We'll see how the week goes."
Murray, who should be activated Wednesday, hasn't played since tearing the anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee Dec.
