Bengals wide receiver Tee Higgins is expected to return from a three-game absence Sunday night when Cincinnati visits the Los Angeles Chargers. Head coach Zac Taylor said Friday that he anticipates having Higgins in the lineup after he was a limited participant in practice this week due to a quad injury. While Higgins is expected back, Taylor said "we'll see" when asked if four-time Pro Bowl left tackle Orlando Brown Jr. will play on Sunday. Taylor said the team will make a decision within the next 24 hours on Brown, who has missed the last two games with knee and fibula injuries.
