49ers WR Jauan Jennings (hip) could miss game vs. Chiefs

San Francisco 49ers wide receiver Jauan Jennings could miss Sunday's home game against the Kansas City Chiefs because of a hip injury, head coach Kyle Shanahan said Thursday. Jennings, 27, missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday. "He's in jeopardy," Shanahan said on Bay Area radio station KNBR, per 49erswebzone.com. "I'm hoping that he can turn around here and have a good day tomorrow and feel better, but definitely, right now, it's no guarantee." Jennings has started two of six games and has 25 receptions on 36 targets for a team-high 404 yards with three touchdowns. His biggest performance came when star receiver Deebo Samuel was out with a calf strain and Jennings caught 11 of 12 targets for 175 yards and three TDs in a 27-24 loss at the Los Angeles Rams on Sept.
