Incoming freshman walk-on Evan Inglesby arrives at Gonzaga as one of the more prolific scorers in Oregon history. The 6’4 guard averaged 20.9 points per game in his senior season, shooting a staggering 60 percent from the floor and a respectable 82 percent from the free-throw line.
He did this while playing alongside Jesse White, who finished his high school career as the fifth-highest scorer in state history, pushing past noted-Oregonian Payton Pritchard.
Inglesby reportedly received offers for other walk-on spots from Division I schools and most likely could’ve been a major player on a multitude of D-III and D-II schools.
