The Zags secured another guard for the 2018 recruiting class after Greg Foster announced his intention to play for Gonzaga, according to Scout.com. Foster is a three-star, 6’7 guard out of Las Vegas.

Most importantly, Foster picked Gonzaga over Saint Mary’s. We will let that basically stand as its own sentence.

Foster’s father, also named Greg, spent 13 years in the NBA and is an assistant coach with Milwaukee. That pedigree allowed the younger Foster to share a practice court with Giannis Antetokoumpo, Jabari Parker, Malcolm Brogdon, and others. Foster spent the first three years of high school in Milwaukee before moving out to Las Vegas to finish his prep career.
