To Texas A&M head football coach Jimbo Fisher, the mark of a good fullback is his selflessness.
So to fill a void in the position group left from a regime that did not utilize the backfield blocker, Fisher looked no further than the program's 12th Man.
It wasn't a very hard sell to get Cullen Gillaspia, the Aggies 12th Man over the last two seasons, to move to the offensive side of the ball, Fisher said.
"He's a selfless player like that and gives a great effort, and we think he's tough," Fisher said. "We think it will be a good fit.
