Every year, a zookeeper at Ueno Zoo near Tokyo, dresses as an animal and stages an escape, a drill designed to give the other zookeepers practice if such an event actually occurred.

On Thursday, a month after the last drill (where a zookeeper dressed up as a zebra), such an event did happen, according to a story by the AFP.

A zebra escaped from Mikuni West Farm in Aichi and led police and vets on a chase across a golf course in Japan. The chase ended on the course, as the zebra was shot with a tranquilizer dart.
