PEBBLE BEACH, Calif. – Nearly three years since his last win, Phil Mickelson is in position for yet another victory at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Here’s what You Oughta Know heading into the final round at Pebble, where Mickelson holds a two-shot lead:
• Mickelson has not won since the 2013 Open Championship. His recent results include a T-3 finish at the CareerBuilder Challenge and a T-11 finish at the Waste Management Phoenix Open.
• Mickelson has won this event four times (1998, 2005, 2007, 2012). A win Sunday would tie Mark O’Meara for the most wins in tournament history.
