Gary Woodland continued to go low Friday at the OHL Classic at Mayakoba, and he posted the lowest 36-hole score of his career.
Woodland followed up on his opening 64 with a bogey-free 65 for a two-shot lead when he finished early on Friday afternoon.
"I'm very comfortable with where my game is right now," Woodland said. "I drove the ball in the fairway all day today."
Woodland's stats from the first two rounds are nearly identical. He hit 11 of 14 fairways in Round 2 – one more than Thursday – and hit the same number of greens (16) and took the same number of putts (28) in both rounds.
