Mike “Fluff” Cowan is where he normally is this time of year: at the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am. Cowan is working for 28-year-old Sung Kang of South Korea.
Cowan’s boss, Jim Furyk, recently announced that he had opted for wrist surgery and will be out until early summer. It means that Cowan’s impressive streak of Masters starts could be in jeopardy.
Asked when he last missed a Masters, the veteran shook his head. “Couldn’t tell you,” he said.
