The Titleist Vokey Design SM5 wedges come in a slew of sole, bounce and loft configurations, but that’s not enough for some pros. Many players want personalized grinds, and some want wedges bent with slightly different angles.
For these top players, Titleist made raw, unfinished heads. Until July 8, those wedges were available only in the company’s tour van and through its tour department. Now any golfer can go to vokey.com to buy custom-order SM5 Raw wedges for $180 each.
What makes the Raw version of the SM5 different than the SM5 wedges Titleist released in Feb.
