Danny Willett holed a clutch birdie putt at the 72nd hole to win the Dubai Desert Classic.
Andy Sullivan -- playing in the group ahead of Willett and Rafael Cabrera Bello -- set the clubhouse target at 18-under and watched on as the Spaniard two-putted for birdie to set up a potential playoff.
But Willett had other plans, and made no mistake in front of a packed gallery at Emirates Golf Club to lift his fourth European Tour title.
Defending champion Rory McIlroy, meanwhile, was left to wonder what might have been.
