Who’s going to Rio: Olympic fields for men’s, women’s golf

With golf returning to the Olympic Games this year for the first time in more than 100 years, the Olympics field is based on the Official World Golf Ranking and Rolex Rankings. The fields include 60 men and 60 women.

A country can have up to four players in Rio under the condition that all of them are in the top 15. The rest of the field is determined using the world rankings, with a two-player maximum from each country that didn’t have more than two players in the top 15.

Host Brazil is guaranteed at least one male and female player.
