Where's the rust? Spieth 'surprised' to shoot 30 under

KAPALUA, Hawaii – Jordan Spieth didn’t lead the Hyundai Tournament of Champions wire-to-wire, he was a shot behind Patrick Reed after the first round. The next three days, however, belonged to the world No. 1.

Even though Spieth made the week look easy, he insists it wasn’t.

“You just kind of wonder where that rusty shot is going to come out,” Spieth said Sunday after shooting 30-under-par 262 to win by eight shots. “I can hit those long irons right, I’m capable of hitting a long iron to the right when it’s not wanted.
