WENTWORTH, England -- European captain Darren Clarke has named Lee Westwood, Martin Kaymer and Thomas Pieters as his picks for next month's Ryder Cup.
Clarke, who will lead Europe into the defence of their title at Hazeltine in September, made the announcement at Wentworth on Tuesday.
The trio will join automatic qualifiers Rory McIlroy, Henrik Stenson, Sergio Garcia, Justin Rose, Rafael Cabrera Bello, Matthew Fitzpatrick, Andy Sullivan, Danny Willett and Chris Wood in the team.
