NASSAU, Bahamas – Henrik Stenson might be the most-rested player in the Hero World Challenge field.
The Swede is playing just his second event since the Ryder Cup and has only played four events, counting the matches in Paris, since the beginning of September.
That limited schedule was prompted by an injury to his left elbow that forced him to miss five weeks and withdraw from the first FedExCup Playoffs stop.
“I'm not 100 percent in the gym. I still have to be a bit careful with certain movements and how I stress it during workouts and so on.
