Perhaps President-elect Donald Trump won't be the last person to mix golf and politics.
Bubba Watson has no intentions of giving up his day job on the PGA Tour, but the two-time Masters champ told the Associated Press that he would consider running for political office at some point in the future.
"I've had a dream," Watson said. "I moved back in the city limits of Pensacola (Florida) so one day I can run for mayor."
Watson is originally from Bagdad, Fla., and his involvement in the Pensacola area includes partial ownership of the Pensacola Blue Wahoos minor league baseball team as well as the opening of a candy store called "Bubba's Sweet Spot.
