NASSAU, Bahamas – On the same day that Tiger Woods, the soon-to-be 46-year-old, was spotted inflating expectations on the far end of Albany’s practice tee, one twentysomething showed why this particular comeback for Woods will be demanding well beyond the physical challenges of a surgically rebuilt right leg.
Woods, the smiling host and 15-time major winner, was there to congratulate Viktor Hovland following Hovland's one-stroke victory at the Hero World Challenge, but if it wasn't the 24-year-old from Norway, it likely would've been the 24-year-old from La Cañada, California (Collin Morikawa), or the 25-year-old from Dallas (Scottie Scheffler), or the 25-year-old from Shreveport, Louisiana (Sam Burns).
