VIDEO: Tiger Woods Is Back on the Shelf

MORE BAD NEWS FOR TIGER WOODS. The 14-time major winner withdrew from the Omega Dubai Desert Classic before the second round. He complained of muscle spasms in his back. According to his agent Mark Steinberg, the discomfort wasn't related to nerve problems. Nor did Tiger indicate he had any back pain during or immediately after his first round of 77.

ESPN's Bob Harig asked Steinberg if the problem could be related to the long flight to Dubai. There was no definitive answer, but it wouldn't be surprising if that was a factor.

In the below promo, Tiger said it's great to be back in Dubai.
