Vaughn Taylor wasn’t the only winner Sunday at Pebble Beach as Taylor's amateur partner Gregg Ontiveros, CEO of Group O, teamed up with Taylor to win the team portion of the AT&T Pebble Beach Pro-Am for the second time in four years.
While Taylor was making nine birdies Sunday to win for the first time in 11 years on the PGA Tour, Ontiveros was helping, as well, with the team recording a final-round, 10-under 62 and shooting 30 under, winning by one shot over Jonas Blixt and Jamie Williamson.
“We didn't talk anything about golf,” Ontiveros said.
