The Walker Cup starts next week at Royal Lytham and St. Annes and in preparation for its defense, the U.S. team spent some time with "The King."
U.S. captain John "Spider" Miller took his 10-man team to Latrobe, Pa., to visit golf legend Arnold Palmer, who is friends with Miller.
The two-day trip included tours of the facilities and golf at Latrobe Country Club and Laurel Valley, and also dinner with Palmer. It also gave Miller's players time to get to know each other as they attempt to continue a dominant U.S. run at the Walker Cup.
