GURNEE, Ill. – The Americans will be looking to ride their Solheim Cup victory to another international team triumph this week at the UL International Crown.
They will make this bid with their two best pairings from that historic Solheim Cup victory last year in Germany.
The Americans will open the International Crown with fourball matches against England Thursday at the Merit Club with Lexi Thompson teamed with Cristie Kerr and with Stacy Lewis teamed with Gerina Piller. Those two pairings went undefeated in Germany (4-0-1, cumulatively).
