The torn tendon in Peter Uihlein's left wrist continued to be of little bother at the ISPS Handa Perth International, as the American fired a second-round 4-under 68 to stay atop the leaderboard in Australia.
But now he's not the only man dealing with physical issues to be in first. Australia's Brett Rumford birdied six of his first 11 holes on Friday in a second-round 65 that boosted him to 11 under and a share of the lead.
Last March, Rumford had almost a foot of his small intestine removed after an apple caused blockage in his digestive system.
