Tim Tebow, the former golden boy quarterback at Florida, took to the links on Tuesday with two PGA Tour winners.
The SEC Network analyst teed off with Billy Horschel and J.B. Holmes on Tuesday at the Franklin Templeton Shootout pro-am. It is the first of two days Tebow will be playing with this group in the Naples, Fla. tournament's pro-am.
Tebow's inclusion in the pre-tournament proceedings was announced last week and already has garnered significant attention to the action at Tiburon Golf Course.
"A lot more emails and our phones have been ringing a little bit more," tournament director Rob Hartman told the Naples Daily News.
