Charlie Woods, the 15-year-old son of golfing legend Tiger Woods, qualified for the 2024 U.S. Junior Amateur Championship on Wednesday, per Lukas Weese and Brendan Quinn of The Athletic.
The younger Woods shot a 1-under 71 to win his qualifying event at the Eagle Trace Golf Club in Coral Springs, Florida. It's been quite the year for Charlie Woods, as he also won a high school state title in Florida in the fall.
His father is the only three-time winner of the U.S. Junior Amateur Championships, claiming the title in 1991, 1992 and 1993.
