Jimmy Walker gets no respect.
That seemed to be the case when he knocked off five PGA Tour wins in 28 months, and now starters can't even get his name right WHEN HE IS IN THE FINAL GROUP.
In a light-hearted moment this morning, the first-tee starter belted out the names of the final pair to start their rounds on Saturday. But when he went to introduce Jimmy Walker's name, he made an unfortunate flub:
Whoops! Never good to accidentally combine the player's first name with his playing partner"s (Rickie Fowler's) last name. But it did create some nice bonus humor as the last group began the day.
