Jordan Spieth, the world’s No. 1-ranked player, finished as runner-up at the Singapore Open on Monday after Song Young-han held on to beat the fast-finishing Spieth by a stroke.
Returning at dawn after the final round was suspended on Sunday because of a thunderstorm, Spieth completed a final round of five-under-par 66 to finish at 11-under 273. Song, resuming at 12 under, sank a 12-foot par putt on the 16th and then made par on the last two holes to win.
