Jordan Spieth and Adam Scott went in opposite directions in the second round of the Australian Open in Sydney, while Matt Jones shot a three-under-par 68 to take a three-stroke lead. Todd Sinnott was second after a 70, while Spieth (68) and Geoff Ogilvy (71) were in a group of five tied for third, four behind Jones. Scott shot a 73 and was at two over, nine strokes out of the lead.
