AUGUSTA, Ga. – Jordan Spieth has now held the lead of the Masters after each of the last six rounds he’s played. He tied a scoring record in last year’s victory and loves every nook and cranny of Augusta National.
This week, however, feels like a completely different tournament than last year because of the difficult conditions. Spieth shot 66-74 and holds a one-shot lead over Rory McIlroy.
“I kind of like this better,” Spieth said. “I don’t like the fact that if I were to go out and play a decent round but shoot even par, because stuff doesn’t go in, guys could take the lead.
