ST. LEON-ROT, Germany – U.S. Captain Juli Inkster has so much faith in the form of Paula Creamer that she put her out first in Friday Foursomes with buddy Morgan Pressel. There’s no hiding in alternate shot, and they’ll face Europe’s strongest team in Anna Nordqvist and Suzann Pettersen at 8 a.m.
“I have all the confidence in the world in her,” said Inkster, who wanted Creamer to get out there and get her feet wet at St. Leon-Rot Golf Club. Creamer, by the way, has missed four consecutive cuts on the LPGA coming into this week.
“It was a no-brainer for me," Inkster added.
